Raley's Script Program

Contributions are calculated on a graduated scale based on customer’s qualifying purchases:

• 1% on monthly purchases up to $300
• 2% on monthly purchases between $300 to $500
• 3% on monthly purchases between $500 to $600
• 4% on monthly purchases over $600

You may also link your Upromise account to your Raley’s Quality of Life card. (Upromise is a rewards program that can help you pay for college. See www.upromise.com for more information.) Every time you buy participating products with your registered Quality of Life Card, your savings will automatically be deposited in your Upromise account.

To request a Raley’s Quality of Life card, please send ISAEF the following information:

ISAEF will process your information and send you a Raley’s Quality of Life card. Once you have received your card follow these steps to activate your card:

• 1. Go to https://www.raleys.com/www/signup.jsp to sign up for a raleys.com account if you do not already have one.
• 2. Go to https://www.raleys.com/cfapps/qscrip/signup.cfm and click on “Activate Your New Card” to activate your Quality of Life card. You will need to enter the 11-digit number we send you. (This number can be found on the back of your card and starts with the small 4 on the left but does not include the ending small number on the right.)
Confirm that your contact information is correct and enter a password to use with your Quality of Life card.
• 3. You may login to your Quality of Life account at https://www.raleys.com/cfapps/qscrip/enter.cfm (you must already be logged in to your raleys.com account) to see what your monthly, quarterly, or annual contributions have been.
• 4. If you have a Upromise account, link your Quality of Life card to it by signing in at www.upromise.com. Go to “My Account” and then select “Add Grocery Cards” on the left side of the page. Enter and re-enter your Quality of Life card number next to “Raley’s” and click on “Submit” at the bottom of the page.

If you were issued a Raley’s Quality of Life card previously but have misplaced or damaged it, contact Kathie Goldberg for assistance in getting a replacement card.
